I messed up my college career pretty bad (freshman/sophomore year were terrible, 2.6 gpa cumulative). My Junior year was a bit better, getting on the Dean's list and a 3.2 gpa for my last two quarters. I go to University of Washington Seattle.

I was rejected from the Informatics major there, but I did decently in their courses (2.9,3.2,3.7) and just OK on my Computer Science courses (2.8, 2.2).

However what is killing me are my mistakes I did in freshman and sophomore year.

I have several internships (Valve Corp, overseas internship at PPLive Shanghai, current @ Microsoft).

I would love to find a school with Informatics/HCI, but CS is always a second option. I have looked at:

Indiana University Bloomington, Northwest
Purdue (I only got a C for the math class here at UW, but they require a B for CS, would I be able to take that math class at Purdue to try to get into CS?)
University of Oregon

If there are any other suggestions please feel free to state, I'm looking for all the help I can get. Also if I could get an idea of what my chances are for these schools that would be lovely.

Also how do withdraws look for classes? I've done three...

I was previously accepted to Purdue and University of Oregon straight out of high school, but I don't think that matters now..

I know what I want to do, and now it's just a matter of getting it, any way I can.

Thanks for reading!
