Hi, I'm current a student at UMaine that's looking elsewhere for my junior year fall semester, (I'll be a sophomore in the fall of 2012.) I was a jock in high school with average everything. 2.8 GPA and 1500 SATs. However my first year I really started to focus on school and get involved. As a first year Finance major I posted a 3.5 GPA, became Treasurer of my dorms government board, and became a sector head for next year in my school's investment club. I was also one of 12 freshman, out of over 1000, chosen for a prestigious honors organization on campus for rising sophomores. I know that I want to transfer to a private school in New England, or good academic state school. I've looked at Holy Cross, Stonehill and possibly Babson. I do have financial need so an expensive school would have to have some good financial aid packages. I'm open to any schools that you guys might recommend I take a look at that is a good fit. Thank you.
