As the title says, i have a work-experience letter from an employer. Where do i upload it in the common app? or must i invite him like a teacher?

Additional information? I’m not sure~

Umm if it matters that much to get his rec do him like he was a teacher.

Well, i worked for my school’s cooperative and my employer was also my Moral and Civic studies teacher. So if forced, i can indeed upload it as a teacher reco letter, but i’m afraid it may lose its significance as a work-experience letter. Still unsure though since she is under the assumption it is strictly for work-experience and nothing related to in-class evaluation.

It cannot be uploaded, only teachers and your GC can do that. You need to send supplemental LORs, which this is, hardcopy to your schools.

Thank you for your reply. In that case, can i ask my counselor to attach it in the 2ndary school report? Or must it be sent directly from my employer?

I heard from a friend that you can upload it on the Writing tab in the “Additional Information” box, right under the personal statement one. I’m not sure about it though, so I’ll be asking my counselor.
