Ikea! and The Container Store. But mostly Ikea.

What's the Container Store like? What (aside from the obvious answer) would I want to buy there? Never been, and lived in Chicago for two years~! :o

Just don't do it at your college bookstore. They gouge like no tomorrow!

I'm going to Dallas to get stuff. I was thinking Bed, Bath, and Beyond and Ikea would be good...but I'm still a little ****ed about my wasted trip to Tyler's Bed, Bath, and Beyond and Linens and Things yesterday.

I'm going to buy pretty much all my clothes at American Eagle and Delias, though. I always like their stuff (AE for Pants/Delias for shirts). Really, I think all I'm going to get is three or four pair of pants and however many shirts I like. Maybe some random stuff at other stores...don't really care that much.

Oh, and I'll also look at dorm stuff at Delias.

If there's an Ikea near you, I definitely recommend everyone here to check out. That place is intense. They have pretty much anything you need for a dorm for cheap(although they don't have a dorm room setup, they do show you how to live in only 175 sq ft).

My tip for decorating your dorm is to check out more random, obscure places. You can get rare or atleast cool band posters at a local mom and pop record store for (nearly) free. You can also go to a videgame store for posters and stand up figuies cause when I worked at Gamestop we had a bunch of junk in the back that we rarely bothered to dispose of. Trust me, ask politely, and they'll pay you to get rid of that stuff. You can also get junk from a liquor sotre, they always get promotional stuff.
