<p>D enrolled at LSU.They offered her in-state tuition & she is sharing an apt. with a friend off campus. I think tuition is free for LA residents. (There was limited housing available as of Friday. But, they extended their deadline for displaced-student admission until Sept. 9th.) She wanted to stay in LA so she can help out when they are allowed back in NO. In the meantime, she has found opportunites to assist in the relief effort in Baton Rouge.</p>
