2. SUNY: University at Buffalo: 7 year course, $7k a year</p>
<p>SUNY Buffalo. As far as I know there is no prestige issue with Dental schools. You're either certified or not. The cost difference is significant ($150K vs $50K). It may take longer but that will be balanced out by the payback on the loans.</p>
