<p>I have been lucky enough to get into a number of really nice colleges with great aid offers.
But now i can't choose! its a real dilemma, so i want some advice and opinions on this.
I am posting colleges where i have been accepted with the amount i get in grant money. Choose the college you would go to> Cost of attendence is roughly 50000 at all these universities.</p>

Emory university - 49000
Boston university (honors program) - 50000
Brandeis university - 44000
Northeasetern university - 23000
Case western university - 26000</p>
<p>My major is economics and i am really confused between Carleton, Emory and BU's honors program and Brandeis.</p>
<p>You have a wide variety of types of institutions and geographic settings. For instance, Boston U is a huge urban university with a major highway running through its center and little that resembles a traditional campus. Carleton is a small, intimate liberal arts college in a small town. Emory has an Atlanta address, but is actually in a suburban setting about 10 miles from downtown. Brandeis has its origins as a Jewish institution, but today only about half its students are Jewish. It’s an interesting mix that you have. Personally, I’d like Carleton because I think small, secluded liberal arts colleges are ideal. But if cold weather and small-town life isn’t what you’re seeking, you may not like it at all. Emory is the most highly-regarded of the other schools you list. But college life in Boston is a unique experience. It’s the college center of America, and you have great offers from Brandeis and BU. Based on the aid package, you can probably delete Northeastern - it’s not as prominent as the other two.</p>
<p>gadad- ^thats exactly what i have been thinking. I really like Carleton, but the weather’s scaring me a bit.
I need to choose between Carleton and Emory i think.</p>
<p>Also what are the advantages of being in BU’S honors program?</p>
