<p>And just a piece of information for everyone (I don't feel like starting my own thread), my regional rep told me that all of Penn's adcoms read in the same order (I guess, that applies at least to him). The first thing he reads is the "Why Penn" essay, then he moves onto the transcripts, which leads him to the counselor rec, which leads him to the teacher recs, which, lastly, after reading the evaluations of the applicants by other people, he reads the personal statements.
