If we don't have one, let's make this the official one!

What's our generation called? Those who are born exactly in 1990... The Y generation? Something like that. Anyways...

We're going to break the record by having the hardest admission hits. We're overly populated (I guess our parents all got busy in the big 9 oh lol). I was reading something about it and we have some serious competition in here. What are you guys doing to get yourself ahead of the game?

if there is no official one yet, we'll just have to use this one as the official then (and I don't want any soup). Who is all applying? I know I am.
I'll introduce myself:

Leadership positions:
Beta Club President
National Spanish Honor Society Vice President
Class Secretary
Key Club Treasurer

I pray to God aubrey is joking. Well, on second thought, I don't. People with such paltry applications pose less of a threat to me.
2200 SAT
33 ACT
Looking into Spanish or Government/Woody Woo school
Good luck to all

CDS32090: why are you dissing me? I, like everyone else, have the right and equal chance to apply to any school that I wish to. Just because I don't have perfect SAT, ACT, and National Merits status does not mean that I'm not human. You know what? People like me, are the minority in colleges. There's plenty of people who get perfect scores that get rejected by ivy league schools all the time. I'm not about numbers and these tests might test how well I can bubble under a saturday morning, it does not test my real intelligence in life.

Woah who the hell are you? I'm guessing you're aubrey under a different screenname. I didn't mean any offense to you personally, it's just that the statistics are stacked against people with very low test scores. I agree that there is more to an applicant than test scores, especially at top schools, but a successful applicant must have at least decent scores. No one's stopping you from applying, and you just might get in, but keep in mind that competition is cut-throat and academic excellence is essential.

Skrugger24: You have a really great stats and I know you have a high chance of getting in. Did you get accepted for the College Match also?
Here is my skimpy stats (updated)

3 really good one. I pour my heart and soul into it.

Aubrey--I just received my quest scholar finalist status. But i doubt i'll get "matched" im nervous. but you are equally worthy of getting in. did u just rank princetn?

Yeah just princeton. the only school that i really want to get into...what about you? and I should be working hard on my plan B right now. Yeah, I guess it's better to be rejected early b/c if I was not to be matched, I would be devasted for all the suspense that I had since day 1.
I think Im gonna do early decision for princeton, but I'm pessimistic about it.
Regular Decision would be great...if I can actually work to improve my scores. I doubt it though since I've been studying for the summer for these tests and my score didn't improve an inch. I know this process is necessary and many kids been through it, but it's killing me day by day -_-.
