I was wondering at what point is it not worth self reporting AP scores if you are hoping to get into a "top" school.
I've gotten a 5 on Euro, 4s on Chem, Calc AB, and Lit, and a 3 on Physics B. Which if any should I send?

If an AP course appears on your transcript, but you do not report the corresponding AP test, colleges will think one of two things: (a) You didn’t take the test because you were unmotivated and lazy, or (b) You scored badly on the test and some colleges might assume you got a 1. Neither of those options help you in your pursuit of a selective college, so I would self-report all your scores. A 3 is a passing score, so I wouldn’t worry about it.

Reporting just your 5 on AP Euro is going to raise a red flag – colleges will wonder what happened with your other AP classes that you didn’t take the test, or wonder why you scored so badly on those tests that you’re not reporting the scores. Not reporting all you scores will cause more questions than it’s worth. So, YES you should report ALL your scores, as you don’t want colleges to think you got a 1 on the other tests, instead of your actual grades of 3 and 4.
