My top two choices are St. Johns and Northeastern. I live in the nyc area so St. Johns will be basically free for me to attend. However, I do want to go away and experience something new since St. Johns will just feel like high school all over again. Anyone with any input on the above list of schools please respond! I want to hear everything you know and tell me which school you would recommend. Thank you!

I’ve heard good things about the Rutgers pharmacy program. USNWR has rankings of the graduate pharmacy schools, and I think Rutgers is the highest ranked from your list.

I don’t think pharmacy rankings really matter… you’ll probably have equal opportunities no matter where you go. So go where you feel best!

edit: HOWEVER, i am partial to St. John’s since I got in with a full scholarship =)
To the above poster, I got my letter for priority decision a week ago

Congrats on your acceptances! I too am debating between St. John’s and URI, I’m still waiting to hear from Northeastern. Currently St. John’s is my top choice, I had a bad experience with Northeastern early action, and St. John’s seemed to suit my personality better than URI. Of your list I think Rutgers is one of the most respected pharmacy schools. I chose not to apply because of its enormous size. URI also has a very good program and they’re in the process of building a new pharmacy building. However, I wouldn’t be too concerned with rankings, as long as you receive a degree from an accredited university you’ll do just fine. Good luck!

For the St. John’s full tuition scholarship it is for the first four years, which I still think is a pretty awesome deal, haha. I’ve heard that these schools’ pharmacy programs rarely give out that much money
