Which ACT Score is better same composite?

I have 2 ACT test scores unfortunately both composites are 33:

         ACT 1                          ACT2

E 32 35
M 36 35
R 30 28
S 32 34
C 33 (32.5) 33 (33.25)

W 8/12 pending

Kindly share your opinion

why not send both ? if the college superscores, it will be 34.
If it were me and if I were to send one, I send the first set just because it has a 36 and everything higher than 30. But there may be a reason to like the second set as I think some colleges look at E and M. But then I am not an adcom.
