Since a lot of colleges don't superscore the ACT, I am in a bit of a pickle.

On my first ACT I got a 33 composite and a
34 English
29 Math
35 Reading
33 science

On my second ACT I got a 34 composite and a
35 English
34 Math
36 Reading
31 Science ( :-( )

Since I'm planning on majoring in physics in college, the 34 math was a welcome sight. However, the 31 in science was a little disappointing (I list track of time and the people managing the test refused to give 5 or 10 minute warnings). I have heard though that colleges don't look to closely at the science portion...
Should I send both and hope they look at each section even though they don't officially superscore?
I mean it IS a 35 superscore!

No, you did better in 3 sections plus the composite on the second sitting and the Science was only 2 points better your first sitting. The second sitting really looks a lot better, just send it.

Do you think colleges will look unfavorably at my new science score? With science it could have just been two questions!

No the colleges you will be applying to know these scores represent a range. Once you pass a benchmark, they know you can handle the work and they start looking deeper for why they should accept you. A couple points here or there, even more than a couple, is never going to make the case for acceptance - now go work on your essays lol!

Definitely the second ACT is better. You have all sections above 30 and better scores for 3 sections there, which are way more important that the 2 point drop in science.
