Which ACT scores should I send?

I'm retaking them in December (again!) but for now, I'm applying to some UC's. The UC's accept the December test scores but I'm not sure which ones I should put on my application for now because I'm submitted it today.

Score #1: Composite 27
Writing 31
Math 23
Science 26
Reading 27
Essay 10, combined 30.

or

Score #2: Composite 28
Writing 31
Math 25
Science 23
Reading 33
Essay 6, combined 27

(During the 2nd test, there were a lot of test center issues and by the time I got to the last two sections, which happened to be science and the essay, I was just really overwhelmed and tiered. I didn't wake up at 6:00am to finish a test at 2:45pm. I got refunded and they're giving me a free retake but still, it obviously affected my scores.)

by the way, even though my scores not amazing, i managed to improve within only 3 weeks, there was less than a month between these two test dates.

bump please

Send both so you can get them superscored.

^Many schools don’t superscore the ACT but rather take the highest composite.

umm I would send the highest?

but my essay score and science suck? would the individual scores be frowned upon?

Anyone else? What it hurt me if I put my 28 score on the UC app and it said that I got a 23 on my science section and a 27 on my combined writing?
