Ok, so I took the ACT 5 times. The first four times, I received 30's, with only my sub-scores fluctuating, and the fifth time I received a 31. Obviously, the 31 is the best composite score, but I did the worst I have ever done in math (27). My best scores in each sub-score are on 3 different tests (35 in english, 31 in math, 33 in reading, 30 in science); the problem is that I am applying to 8 colleges and that's $80 per test score and I also have to send my SAT subject test scores. Here is the list of colleges I am applying to (and yes, I do realize my unrealistic expectations): Dartmouth, Yale, Brown, Boston College, William and Mary, Emory, Vanderbilt, and Harvard.

So, any advice (besides that I should be picking more realistic schools [: )?

Thanks!
