Which ACT scores to send?

Okay, so I really need to send my ACT scores out and I took them twice, but I'm not sure which would be better to send.

In June, I got:
English: 27
Math: 29
Reading: 34
Science: 28
Composite: 30

In October, I got:
English: 31
Math: 32
Reading: 25
Science: 26
Composite: 29

Now, looking at the composite scores alone, I would send the first test I took. But I scored better in October on the English and Math sections...but then again, I dropped a full 9 points on the reading section.

So yeah, I'm just not sure now. I'll be majoring in engineering if that holds any ground on this situation. And I'm really just sending these in as an extra supplement type deal. I've already got my SATs sent out.

how did u drop 9 pts in reading? Hmmm does the school mix and match scores? If so, send both sittings and u'd end up with a 31 composite

I have absolutely no clue how I dropped that much in reading. I could understand maybe going down 5 points, at most...But yeah, that whole reading score still puzzles me

And the schools are all single-sitting for ACT :-/

Any other opinions?

Go with the composite 30 for two reasons...

First, the 30 is obviously better than the 29, and many schools seriously only look at composite and don't care about the individual subscores.

Second, your science and math scores are more balanced in the 30 test, and as an engineer, these are the most important subscores.

send both....getting a good score in a section once shows that u are capable of it and getting a bad score in that section after u already got a good score shows that u just fckd up
