Hi guys, I took the ACT in April and September of this year
4/11:
Composite - 29
English - 31
Math - 27
Reading - 29
Science - 28

9/11:
Composite - 31
English - 34
Math - 27
Reading - 36
Science - 26

Ok so I should definitely send the second one... but should I send the first also? The only change for the worse was the science score, but does that really matter? Is it worth paying twice the amount for a science score that's 2 points higher?

Just sending the second score should be fine, although 26 is a little low if you are thinking about a science-related field. Are you by chance? Where are you applying?

Hahaha 26…but no, I am not interested in a science related field. I’m applying to a few liberal arts, some big name universities, and a few local schools. I’m looking into languages, literature, International relations, and stuff like that. So I’m hoping my science won’t be detrimental…

My guidance counselor said you can combine your best scores. for example: your score would end up as 34-english, 27-Math,36-reading, and 28 science.
