I am a freshman, and I have to decide if I want to take AP Statistics or AP World History
next semester. I need to decide soon. I will be able to score a 5 on both exams. Yes, I really want to/need to, so no post on this or the former.

Which is better to take as a freshman, and which is better to take as a sophomore?
I know the majority of the material for World History, but I feel like I would like some higher-level mathematics background for the rest of high school. In addition, I do not care about workload. Can anyone solve my predicament?

If you are good at math, then the Stat class will be much easier, and it is always good to start with the easier one. The math you will learn probably wont be much help for you in your typical high school math sequence, but is still good to know.

World history will require that you write good, detailed essays. Often your essay writing skills will improve as you mature.
