Which AP classes do you recommend taking?

I have 1 slot left for my schedule next year as a senior, and I have several that I'm interested in:

AP Stat

AP Euro

AP Comparative Gov't (only half a credit, so it'll be accompanied by a non-AP elective)

AP Comparative seems the most appealing because whichever one I choose, it'll be on top of 6 other AP classes that I've already chosen, so Comparative Gov't seems like the "easiest" AP out of those 3. However, it also seems to me like the most useless AP out of those 3, especially since I'm probably going into a more math/science-related field in college. AP Euro is taught by a fun teacher who teaches pretty well (got me a 4 on Wd. Hist.), so that looks appealing as well. AP Stat seems the most boring, but probably is the most useful course.

How much time will you have to devote to this additonal AP (especially with 6 others under your belt) and what are these other APs that you are taking. “Easier” ones such as Psychology or Environmental Science may make it more appealing for you to take a “harder” AP class. If you are taking AP Calc BC and Physics and/or Chemistry, I might discourage you from taking a supposedly harder class only because you’re grades might suffer in you other classes.

It is also important to note what kind of college you are looking into. If your dream college requires a lot of general requirements, it might be benficial for you to go ahead and take a history or government AP to get it out of the way. This way, you will have much more time to enjoy the more math and science courses early on in college.

Now I said all of that to say that I think that you are already leaning towards taking AP Euro or Gov. My recommendation would be Gov. Since it is only a semester class, it will give you one non-AP elective and, trust me when I say this, you will thank yourself later on when senioritis kicks in.
