My counselor is adamant not to fix my schedule conflict, but in short: I signed up for Calculus AB, which is only 2nd and 4th period, and AP Chem, which is only 2nd, and Orchestra, which is only 4th.

I cannot drop orchestra due to my leadership role.

Right now, my schedule is set so I'm taking AP Chemistry and AP Statistics. If I do this, I'm planning self studying AP Biology and AP Calculus AB. How would this look for colleges? Is it manageable?

Otherwise, I could take Calc AB and do AP Bio (maybe Physics, but I don't see a need?), then self study just AP Chemistry. This, I heard, is impossibly difficult, but I am determined to take both Bio and Chem tests in May.

What do you think I should do--take Calc and not Chem, or take Chem and not Calc?
Thank you so much.

@ucbalumnus - I’m checking on the BC class, but I’m quite sure it’s offered at the same time as AB. Unfortunately, I have neither the time nor resources to take them at a community college. That was definitely my first option, but now it isn’t.

@div - Sounds like a good plan.

I’m not too worried with what I like --I’m pretty fond of anything. What I’m worried about is how it’ll look for colleges. Honestly. Yikes D:

Bio and Environmental Science are easy. Chem is too hard, waste your time doing something else. physics kinda depends, but I don’t know much about that. I just know bio is easy if you read hehe
