I have to register for next year's classes this week and I am having a hard time on deciding which science to take. I have the choice of AP Biology, AP Physics, and AP Chemistry. Which is the more favorable choice in your opinion?!

those are all supposed to be hard ap's

im assuming its physics c, is it both semesters or just one?

the bio exam is lots of reading, and the chem one is lots of math when you apply principles in the form of equations to solve problems

make sure you are going to take calc if you decide to do physics c, it will help you tremendously

AP Chem was my favorite out of the 3.

chem was analytical & fun
physics has been tough, but enjoyable
bio is insufferably boring & mostly based on memorization... (imo)

If you like math, take chem or physics. If you like memorizing tons of stuff, take bio.

Chem was not fun for me... I would say it is THE hardest AP exam (apart from the foreign languages). Physics was fun for me.

Bio was annoying, our teacher only completed like 20 out of the 50 chapters, so the rest I started studying for myself, but hardwork in Bio always pays off.

Bio was boring and easy, Chem was boring and hard. but I really like physics =] so thats my vote lol

I agree with the last poster.

If you want to pass an AP test, choose Bio(easiest test out of the 3).

Chem and Physics have hard AP tests. Ironically, I took AP Bio last year and I'm taking AP Chem this year.
