Which AP should I do an independent study on?

<p>This year, my schedule is completely messed up and I only have room for one AP (biology). I need more core classes, but the one's I'm interested in are either not offered at my school or do not fit in my schedule. My only option is to do independent studies. I definitely plan on taking AP environmental science, but I would also like to take an AP history. So basically...</p>

<p>Should I take APUSH or AP US Government? Which is easier? Did you self-study any of these? What was your score? What books would you recommend to self-study them? Any other advice? I also have the same questions for AP environmental science. Thanks!</p>

<p>I would think that US Gov would be easier. Don’t take my word though. I haven’ taken either.</p>

<p>AP US Government is definitely easier than APUSH.</p>
