Which AP Should I take?

<p>I want to take a few AP classes my senior year. Out of the ones that I have not taken can someone please rank them from 1 (easy) -10 (difficult).
These are the ones I might consider. Can you please provide a description also please?
AP Chemistry
AP Physics C
AP Environmental Science
AP Art History
AP Economics
AP Government</p>

<p>It really depends on your school (especially on the teachers), but in general I’ll say that Environmental Science is probably the easiest. Also, do you really want to take 3 science courses in one year?</p>

  5. AP Economics
  6. AP Chem</p>

<p>I can’t really give you a 1-10 but they are in ascending difficulty.</p>

<p>AP AH - you get tested on various paintings and the history of art, so different periods of time, i don’t think you actually do any painting for this AP. For me this would be very hard, but again it depends.</p>

<p>AP Chemistry - Intro Chem at the college level, so like redox, lewis dot, elctro chem, some organic, salts, etc. Basic chem stuff. Not too bad, but the AP test is pretty difficult, lots of things to remember. </p>

<p>AP Economics - Again somewhat hard, but depends on the person. You learn Micro and Macro. Micro deals with individual firms and market structures. Macro deals with the entire economy and large portions. </p>

<p>AP Physics C - Pretty hard, but not too bad. There is also two: Mechanics and Electricity and Magnetism. Basically you take Physics B and add calculus to it. Depends on the individual.</p>

<p>AP Gov - I’ve heard it isn’t too bad. You learn how the government is structured along with cases and rulings. The test doesn’t seem too hard either. </p>

<p>AP ES - I’ve heard this is very easy and it deals with obviously environmental science.</p>

<p>I’d say APES is probably the easiest to do well on test-wise.
I think Econ’s pretty easy, but that’s because I find it interesting and I’m going to be an econ major.</p>

<p>Chem and Physics will probably be the two hardest… Physics will be easier if you’re good with math/ physics concepts. Chem… Well, Chem is hard.</p>
