My school doesn't have them

Psychology
Human Geography
Economics (micro or macro)
Comparative Government

earth science is also very easy. bio is not that hard if you like science.
basically any ap is self studiable if you put your mind to it.

the ones listed above plus history ap’s. Ap world, ap european history, and ap us history are easy to self study as in you dont really need a course. Just a good textbook and review book is all thats needed.

Psychology, Human Geography, and Environmental Science.

Depending on how good you are with languages I thought French was easy, but I’m a language person.

Never knew there was an AP Earth Science. Care to enlighten me on that one?

He probably meant “Environmental Science.”

^sorry yeah i meant environmental science. we called it earth science at my school

also, if this is your first time self studying, do not overload. one or two easy aps is okay your first year. Selfing is hard, so don’ stress yourself out

if anything, you can ask CC’er ZombieDante about his disaster this year.

I would pick those as 3 of the 5 hardest AP’s to self study, excluding languages that you are a non-native speaker of and have not taken any previous courses in. Of course, you can technically self study anything with a textbook + review book, but some are harder than others, and these require great depth and breadth of knowledge. Self studying these would take forever.

Psychology, Human Geography, Environmental Science, Statistics, Economics (either), Government (either), are some common self-studies. Music Theory if you are a musician, or Studio Art if you’re an artist, would be easy. English Language is easy to do (you don’t even need to study if you’re a good English student), and English Literature slightly harder but doable. Calculus AB/BC are really good to self study if your school doesn’t offer AP Calculus (which would be very unfortunate).

Most people take 4 years of French before the AP exam. Of course, if you had taken up to French 3 or are a native speaker, then that’s different, but self studying all 4 in a short time and getting a 5 on the French AP test (which is supposed to have an insane curve) would be probably the hardest AP test to do. If you did, congrats. If not, that’s not really applicable since self-studying in this context generally means taking the entire body of the course; I highly doubt one could take French 4 AP without knowledge of French 3, 2, 1.

Thanks guys, I’ll look into them. And AP Studio Art or Music Theory are good if you know them already.

Im a sophomore taking APUSH and i took world history last year. How hard would it be to self study ap world?

AP World is generally an easy exam. Just be sure to cover everything (including those obscure areas of African and South American history) because you could end up getting one in the essay.
