"hm...was stats extra hard this year or something? I took it last year and i thought it was the easiest thing ever (and I barely paid attention in class)."

Same here! I'm surprised to hear that some people thought it was hard.

for those who took Cal AB today, do you think if it's easy or difficult?

From experience- AP Physics C, AP Chemistry, and AP Music Theory.

The AP Calc BC test was pretty easy this year, methinks.

I've only taken Language and APUSH (this year), and the APUSH exam is on Friday. Overall, though, I think both aren't too bad. Language is moderate if you can write, and APUSH is moderate if you can write and memorize. I suck at math, so I can't imagine what the calculus examinations are like..

i got a 5 on bc...let me just say this: bc calc is easier than stat

I'm seconding this. I just took stat yesterday and I too aced the BC exam.

HOWEVER I think if everyone finds it awful the curve could be decently generous =D

Ranked from easiest to hardest.

Psychology - 5, MC and FR were both really easy.
Geography - self studied for a 5.
US Govt - I'm pretty sure I'll get a 5. MC are easy, essays similar to pysch in that you mainly just ID and explain. My class took a MC test from collegeboard and I only missed 3.
Macro/Micro - 4/5, my teacher was horrible I probably could have self-study these and done just as well.
AB Calculus - I just took it and think I got a 5. I'm good at math and I have a good teacher so I felt like I would be able to do any type of question given. But for some people it isn't so easy.
Comp Govt - I'll probably get a 4. My teacher didn't spend near as much time on this as US. MC is easy but I don't know about the essays since my class has only done US ones.
US History - 5, I already knew most of the stuff.
Euro Hist - 4, MC was hard for me but the DBQ was easy
Statistics - took it yesterday, probably a 4. The MC was really easy but the last FR dominated me. I have this class 1st hour and for the past few months I have only been going to the last 15 minutes of class. I wasn't prepared for it but with a good teacher this would be one of the easiest tests.
Physics B - I expect a 4. My class still hasn't finished all the topics. The stuff earlier in the year was easy but now its a little harder.
Chemistry - 5, about like physics. I felt like I wasn't ready for it until I studied a lot the days before the test. Quite a few of the MC weren't covered in my class.
Latin - not taking it - I'm in the class but didn't feel like I would pass it and I didn't feel like studying for it.

I didn't include lang and lit because some people can pass these without taking the class while others can't do well even with a lot of practice.

Yeah, i took Calc BC today...it was pretty easy :)

What about the test for AP music. My son took it today. It sounded pretty challenging.

All the AP classes at my school are difficult

No way stats is the hardest test. I barely pasid attention at all this year and thought the test yesterday was mad easy. i definitley did worse on BC, tho i probably got a 5 on both. My tests, from easiest to hardest: Computer Science AB, Stats, Eng. Lang. Calc BC, US Hist, Physics B, Physics C (both)

wow zappa...that's a lot of APs. Life must have sucked for you the past week

only 1 person in the history of my high school has gotten a 5 on the the ap stat exam

The hardest tests probably are different for each person. But since college board grades on a curve here are the tests where can get the lowest percentage and still pass.

Language Tests (No one in the history of the test has ever scored 100% even when PhD's take the test.)

Calculus

All the rest

It all depends on where your strengths and weaknesses are.

Stat wasn't bad. It was typical collegeboard tricky crap.

stats was definitely harder than the practice questions my teacher gave for me to look at. From what I've heard, it seems as if this years AP stats is the hardest one there has been so far. I got a 5 on BC last year as a sophomore and think I got a 5 on Stats this time, just beacause the curve is going to be generous.

Latin Vergil. Stats is a joke. I made a 5 as a sophomore with hardly any studying. Chem is tough but not that bad as long as you put some time into it. Everything else I've taken (calc ab, both english, u.s.) have been pretty easy.

Stats is pretty much AP can you use your calculator effectively?

i took eng lit, stat, calc bc, world his, us his, bio, phy c mech, phy c e & m, us gov, comp gov, chem, art his, macroecon, and microecon.

out of allllll these, bio, physics c, and us history were the hardest

spanish lang, music theory, and CHEM!

I took 13 AP tests in my high school days. AP foreign language exams are definitely the hardest (especially when you're taught by gringos and there isn't enough interest at the school to have advanced foreign lang classes). History exams and biology are kinda tough since you have to know so much material I guess. I'm a math guy and I comprehend what I read so i thought Physics, Calc, stats, and english exams were all a breeze. That's my two cents.
