Which APs

<p>In response to your question, colleges will only want to see that you’ve challenged yourself adequately in the context of your high school. There are some very small/poorly funded high schools that don’t offer a great deal of AP’s, and adcoms will be able to figure this out from reading the school profile that is sent along with each student’s transcript. So the actual number of AP’s doesn’t matter; they just want to see that you haven’t slacked off and just bothered taking easy courses to boost your GPA. </p>

<p>Sophomore year: Spanish Language</p>

<p>Junior year (this year): English Language, Chinese Language, French Language, Spanish Literature, Calculus AB, US History, Macroeconomics</p>

<p>Senior year: English Literature, Calculus BC, German Language, maybe Italian Language if they decide to bring it back next year</p>

<p>Yes, I’m a huge language nut. :stuck_out_tongue: Currently fluent in 4 languages and studying a fifth (German), and have plans to begin studying Italian next year. I don’t anticipate that it’ll be very hard, especially since I’m already fluent in both French and Spanish (two closely related languages)…</p>
