Which are the best liberal arts summer programs for HS juniors?

Seeking selective academic summer course/program for juniors interested in philosophy, psychology, literature, politics or international relations. No geographical restriction, on campus (ie not an e-program), 3 weeks or more over summer 2024.

Thanks for your ideas/suggestions/recommendations/experience sharing.

My son recently finished the 3 week precollege program at Carleton College and really enjoyed it (socially and a great learning opportunity).

CTY onsite program at John Hopkins was a great experience. Trying to identify others.
