I was just wondering your opinions. Personally I would think the most important AP classes would be AP Calculus, AP English Language, AP Chemistry, and any AP foreign language.
I base that off of the fact that I'm going to be a science major (chemistry, physics, or math, oh my!) so it would be really good to enter college w/ Calc I & II and Chem I (every science major -Biology, Chemistry, Physics- requires it) and Composition I and free of a foreign language requirement. All the other AP courses are basically social sciences which are useful for getting out of general-ed requirements but since I like social studies I would be willing to take them in college anyway. Or they are science courses that are not useful. For example, most colleges don't want to give credit for Biology, APES is too easy to be significant, AP Physics B is fun but I need to take Physics w/ Calculus, and my school does not offer AP Physics C :( (physics teachers forgot calc, and calc teachers don't know physics)

Also, which is the best prep book for AP English Language. I'm thinking Barron's or Cliff's because they offer 5 practice tests versus the 2 offered in other books.
