Which Book To Get For Practice Besides The Red Book and PR?

Hello!

I will be taking the ACT in June.

I bought Barron's ACT 36 to review concepts and strategies, but need a book that I can actually use to practice. I heard the Red Book and PR 1296 were good books, but I have already used them a year ago.

Are there any books besides the Red Book and PR that will give me good practice?

As of now, all I have are 5 Tests from previous years that I have downloaded online, but I want more practice just in case.

there are plenty of online resources, such as:
[SparkNotes Test Prep: ACT Information Center](<a href=“SparkNotes: Today's Most Popular Study Guides”>SparkNotes: Today's Most Popular Study Guides)
https://www.number2.com/</a></p>

there are more out there!

^Thanks, but is there anything that’s not online? I want to simulate test conditions, and I feel online tests don’t do a good job of that.

I used a combination of the Red Book and Barron’s Guide to 36 and I did very well. I used Barron to review strategies, concepts, etc. I used the Red Book’s tests. I think it was a good combination.

you could print off some online tests

The Act for Dummies has two practice tests and has a sense of humor (not on the tests, just on the prep) which makes it easier to study with.

Would you recommend the ACT for Dummies? Did you think that the difficulty level was comparable to the actual exam? That is one of the very few ACT prep books that my local public library actually has.
