Which books to purchase

Hello members,
I was wondering which books should I purchase for scoring above 2100 in my SAT I.
I have already purchased the Blue book and ordered Direct Hit series.
Do I need any other books? What books did you use and how much did you score?
Also I was wondering which SAT II tests should I give if I plan to major in Economics.

I think the Blue Book should be fine! My edition has like 10 practice tests which should definitely be enough. Plus they have additional practice questions after the math, CR, writing review sections and stuff. I would first go do those practice questions, see which ones you got wrong and why, review those topics and then take a practice test to see how well you do.

Have you already taken the SAT IIs or are you looking for subjects to take? If you took APUSH last year, I’d advise you do the US History one and perhaps Math 2 since that seems most related to economics.

EDIT: Oh yeah and I used just the Blue Book and I got a 2170.

Hey,
Thanks for replyingg  I think I will stick with the bookss I have in that case!
I am looking for subjects for sat 2 I cant give us history because. I am an international student with no usa history knowledge :frowning:
What book do you suggest for maths 2 ?

I used Princeton Review and the Big Blue College Board book, and I got 2300.

Then for math 2 I used the College Board book, and I read through Princeton Review and got 800.

Good luck!

This is from my SAT guide:

Thank you so much guys for the guidance and help! :)

Is “how to write a 12 essay in 10 days” good?

Yes, that thread ^^^ is very good. You don’t have to have as many examples/write essays in as little time as it recommends (I think it says 16-18 min) but the general format is great.
