Hey guys, I'm in a bit of a bind and need a little help. I'm taking the SAT for the the third and final time in october. My current superscore is 700 M 700 W 630 CR. I really need to get 2200+ before I apply to colleges. SO i obvoiusly need to improve my critical reading score, but I don't have a lot of money. I have $35 at most to spend on prep books. I already own the official study guide, but what other books would you guys suggest I get to help me improve my critical reading score or just my score in general?

I improved my reading from 670 to 760 with just the blue book. I used the free sparknotes online book a little too, but mostly just for vocab. Learn the 250 vocab words they have on there and look at CC threads (i’ve seen some) with other common SAT vocab words. Then take BB practice tests and analyze the mistakes you made. You shouldn’t have many for vocab after learning the suggested ones. For CR realize that the answer is always somewhat supported in the passage and you will never have to draw a conclusion for it (except on some like tone). That’s what I did at least.
