Which Business Major should I take?

I'm finishing my first year of college and as it turns out I've already taken many prerequisites for a business degree. I liked taking my first Macroeconomics even though I didn't do too well on the tests, I only got a B in it because I could write good essays. I also took the first required accounting class, but I really only learned how to fill out some basic sheets. Government class isn't too hard but I don't like taking it, and English has always been easy for me. I am not very strong in advanced algebra/calc, and I definitely do not want to have a major dependent on it. I was thinking about majoring in something computer science related but most majors would require me to take multiple calculus and statistics classes, so I'm thinking it's be better to minor in one instead. I've been thinking about taking accounting or finance, but I don't know if there are other business majors that I should look into. I've also seen a majors for healthcare administration or international business but I don't know if those are worth doing as an undergraduate.

At a very basic level, all people count their money and all people use computers to do so. That is an argument for a major in accounting and a minor in computer science. You will find a job with that combination.

Finance, Accounting, and Economics.

Looking at the courses it says to minor in CS I need to do Calc 1 and some computer/programming classes, but for a business major I’d need to take Business Calc. If I decide to take Calc 1 is it possible it will cover both the Calc requirements for a business major and CS? Or would I have to take both Calc 1 and Business Calc?

That is a question to email someone at your university.
