In a few months I'll be taking the Math II subject test for the first time and am ambivalent about which Calc I should take into the test. I used a TI 84 in math before this year when the TI Nspire was status quo. I haven't frequently used the 84+ since, but I'm not sure if the Nspire is overkill for the test. For those of you who don't know, the Nspire CAS has a built in solve feature for equations, can do systems, and has the potential to store note sheets, ie the values of the trig functions or equations for volume. My 84 has all your usual algebra programs, and shouldn't take too long to reacquaint with should the need arise. Any thoughts?

Eh…

I don’t think it matters but a TI-84 should be more than sufficient…
Since when is a TI-Nspire standard? I’m still using a TI-83+ lol

TI-NSpire = TI-84+more features, in my perspective. Use TI-NSpire and make sure you know how to access some stats programs since there may be some on the test.
