I have already applied to Cal Poly Pomona (Architecture program, my TOP choice), Cal State Long Beach, and The University of the Pacific.

I'm thinking about applying to a UC but I'm not sure if I'll be accepted

SAT: Writing 620, Reading 600, Math 500
-I know these are bad, so I'm retaking the SAT tomorrow to try to get a better score, especially in math.

GPA: 3.8

Only 2 AP classes last year (Psychology and English- Passed both tests, Psych with a 4, English with just a 3 :(
But I'm taking 5 this year.

I mainly just want to know if I'll probably be accepted into the impacted Architecture program at Cal Poly Pomona. If I can, then I really don't care about the other colleges. (I'm applying to other fallback schools though

Is that you UC GPA? Have you taken two subject tests? Have you satisfied A-G requirements? Do you meet residency requirements?

If yes to all, you will get into a UC, as long as you include the right ones when you apply (include UCR, UCM, just in case, if you can afford the fees). Can’t promise Cal Poly SLO.

-Yes it’s my UC GPA
-No, I’m taking the Subject Tests in December (They’re not my top priority though because Cal Poly Pomona doesn’t require them.
-Yes, I have satisfied/ will satisfy all A-G requirements this year
-I live in California (Riverside)
-I’m definitely not applying to SLO though (it’s too far)

Cal Poly Pomona, besides UC Berkely and UCLA (which are waaay to far of a reach for me), is pretty much the only school with an architecture program in California- besides SLO- so I really just care about being accepted into there.

Oh, I see. Good luck!
