Which California School for Accounting Major?!

So I'm majoring in Accounting and I'm a City College student right now and I'm uncertain what school would be the best for Accounting. I'm at a 3.6 GPA so I'm essentially a middle of the road kid. I will probably get my GPA up to a 3.7 by Spring so we'll see

USC
San Diego State
Cal Poly SLO
Cal State X

I'm not sure what school would be best out of these. I want to go to Cal Poly the most out of that group but I read something about them not being accredited for some regional thing? Is that important? Otherwise I am leaning towards SDSU since I read it was pretty good for accounting as well. I would do out of state if there were a better option. Please help me choose a good accounting school!

not only do you have the choice of CSU campuses, there are also several UCs such as UCLA and UCSB that offer a business economics degree or a minor in accounting which leaves you eligible for the CPA exam. So if you’re interested in a UC campus thats another alternative worth investigating.

Even though you didn’t ask, the most important thing to do (after getting your degree) is to get internships while in school. Make a real aggressive push during the last 2 years of college to find them because that’s a way to really stand out to future employers. And companies for which you intern often offer you a job when you graduate.
