Which Claremont College?

I am interested in the Claremont colleges. I cannot visit until summer at the soonest, maybe fall, hopefully summer.

I am likely to major in a science major, but have not decided. I want to be involved with the music, and I already spoke to the admissions office and sounds like I will have a lot of opportunity with this regardless of which college, as they allow cross-college involvement. I definitely will be applying to Harvey Mudd. I am unsure which other I should seriously consider, if any. Most of them list tons of possible majors. But I think I understand that each college has its own feel and direction. I am having a hard time coming up with anything online that will help me sort this out.

I think Pomona is also strong in sciences.

Pomona for hard sciences

Music and Science? No question Pomona.

Tour ALL when you visit. Even if you just self tour.

Pitzer/CMC/Scripps all share the same science building.

Pomona is my personal fav

Would it be wise to apply to more than just Harvey Mudd and Pomona, so I have a back up in case I don’t get in to either? I do have other schools outside of the Claremont Colleges, I am just thinking about this particular area.

HMC has a strong science program and you can also easily take classes at Pomona and the other Cs.
