I have a 3.75 GPA as a sophomore in undergrad, but eventually, I was wondering if law schools cared if i took a couple "fluff" classes that would boost my gpa. Would they see a super easy class as bad for admissions? I calculated it and even if I get a 4.0 every semester I have left of college, the highest GPA I could get is a 3.88. I'm trying to raise that to a 3.9 at least, so would throwing in some extra credits change that??

They mostly care about your GPA and LSAT, a side effect of taking fluff classes may be that you won’t be able to enhance your critical thinking skills as much as if you had taken harder classes which could hurt you on the LSAT.

Law schools do not care what classes you take.

Unless most of your course load is pure fluff, I doubt they care.

If you can find one, look at a transcript that the LSDAS sends to law schools. For the most part, the actual classes are not given much emphasis. (I ended up sending a class list to two law schools - and had better-than-expected outcomes at those - because I took an absurdly difficult course load.)
