which classes should I take?

I am currently in the 10th grade and I have trouble deciding on what ap classes I should take for junior year. Okay so here’s my schedule so far
Ap u.s history
Ap literature
Ap psychology
Physics honors
Precl-cal honors
Spanish 3 honors
My academy class (I go to a an academy school. I am in public service)
SAT and ACT prep

I am thinking about taking ap government/ap art history but I don’t want to overwhelm myself. I really want to challenge myself but I dont know if taking 3 ap classes will seem like im doing the minimum. I am taking ap bio and ap human geography and both classes are not challenging at all (I think its just my teachers they are pretty laid back). I have an A in both ap classes.

I heard that the ap gov teacher isnt good and I dont want to go through a year self studying which I might have to do for ap u.s(this is pretty interesting to me so I will be dedicated and I also understand the level of difficulty of the class from my peers). Also will ap lit be hard?

Class rigor varies greatly from school to school. At my school, AP Lit is a senior only class, it’s very hard, and I don’t think many take it. Your schedule seems just fine how it is; don’t overwhelm yourself. If your classes are easy, and you are 100% sure you can handle another AP on top of all the classes you’ll be taking and extracurriculars, then go for it.

3 APs and some honors will NOT look like you’re doing the minimum.

Thanks a lot. Im not a 100 percent sure so I think I will stick to my schedule now.
