I'm not sure if I understand this correctly, but is it true that you can arrange some of your classes to be graded pass/fail? Could I do this for my stats class or my french class? I'm in ILR.

Anything taken for your major or grad school requirements cannot be taken pass/fail. Use pass/fail with discretion. I wanted to take a 2 credit elective course as a 2nd semester senior on a pass/fail basis....I changed my mind after the course began and I'm glad I did because I got an A+.

you cant do it for stats...and you cant do it for french b/c that's a romance study department rule :(

pass/fail might be good for wines (although i dont know if that's an option for that class) or for calculus if you're not a math major but want calculus for upper level econ or w/e

wines has to be taken pass/fail. It's not a hard course, I would have enjoyed that A.

^^I agree...I wish wines wasn't pass/fail seeing as I got a 130+ on both exams

what about a pass/fail math or science? i am totally not geared towards the sciences but i need to take one. i refuse to take math actually hahaa

any interesting fun courses?

I noticed a lot of hotel students took EAS 122 Earthquake!
