<p>I'd focus on the tier 3 colleges. You know, the people who just partied in HS will probably do the same in college. Podunk U, etc.....</p>

<p>You should prob post this in the college life forum. Here all you'll find are uptight and strict people. You'll find a more relaxed and easy going atmosphere there. You'll get some actual responses too.</p>
