Which college should I attend? (USC, UT, Gatech, etc..)

I am having trouble deciding where to go for a degree in electrical engineering. My top choices are University of Southern California and UTAustin, then Georgia Tech (although I have been accepted to Rose-Hulman, Tulane w/ 17k a year scholarship, Purdue, and A&M). Just how prestigious and academically satisfying is USC compared to a school like UTAustin or Gatech? Any comments as to why I should go to one over the other would be great in helping me make my decision. I also live in Austin. Thanks.

Also, what attracted me to USC was its biomedical/electrical engineering program, which will be my major if I attend.

Anyone have anything to say about the pros and cons of either UT or USC?

bumpppppppppppppppppp

I do plan to visit USC soon, which will probably be my deciding factor, and I know enough about UTAustin. I know in the end it's gonna be which school suits me the best, I'm just curious as to what some of yall's opinions are compared to mine.

My best friend got into USC and GATech, too. He decided to go to USC.. a significant factor is the Cali part ;) He's going to major in chemical engineering (I think.. something like that lol) and he said he was very happy with the engineering program at USC. Hope that helps.

Thats cool. Yeah I really need to visit USC.
Also, I have just been accepted to University of Michigan Ann Harbor Engineering.
Now what, lol.
USC vs. UTA(instate) vs. Umich

I know that UT is much cheaper in price since I'm in state, but assuming I recieve enough in scholarships and grants to make the other two less costly...ne1? UT is looking pretty good because of the convenience and strong engineering program, but I want to consider everything.

Wow one reply....
