I would probably apply to both IU and Purdue just based on that the more schools you apply to, the greater chance you will be admitted to one (not guarenteed mind you, but you never know unless you apply)...

From what I hear Purdue is in a slightly worse 'city' than IU...and IU is consistently a better business school than Purdue, however, they are both very good. I'm not familiar with admissions at the other schools on your list...but just to give you a little perspective here is my experience with Penn State v. IU...

Applied to IU, Penn State and U of Pitt 6 years ago (for Fall 2000) with prospective major of business...

My Stats Were: 2.91 UW (STRONG rising trend), 1120 SAT (590 M, 530 V), Pa res. from #2 school in county, few honors each year, no AP, rank about 30%

ECs: Yearbook editor, club sports, random clubs, youth groups/youth choir (we did summer tours...), YoungLife

Volunteerism: family volunteered vacations at a Christian outreach in NY

Work: worked up to 2 jobs at a time from the time I turned 16, also had a job the summer I was 15

Other: HUGE family legacy at IU (say, nearly all males on my dad's side of the family...including my grandfather's MD), and huge rising trend as noted...

Results:

IU: in with small scholarship ($1000/yr), didn't get into the business school though
Pitt: in, attended and graduated in '04
Penn State: rejected from main, into some branches

That's my experience with those two schools...you may want to look into IUPUI (Indiana University/Purdue University at Indianapolis) to attend for a year or so and then transfer to either IU or Purdue from there...

Edit: also wanted to note that my parents say most of the great professors teach at IUPUI because they don't want to live in the middle of nowhere...
