Which College Should I pick?

<p>I got into a few colleges, none are exactly "choice" but I have to choose from them now.
I want to be a Computer/Electrical Engineer and these are the few schools that I'm seriously considering right now.</p>

<p>Drexel: About 41k per year, but I received a 20k or so scholarship there
Co-op Program
Kinda unsure about Drexels Engineering rankings</p>

<p>Penn State: 28k Out of State approximately
Slightly better Engineering Rankings than Rutgers</p>

<p>Rutgers: 24k In State approximately
Cheaper, decent engineering program</p>

<p>HELP! Deadlines incoming, where should I go?</p>

<p>drexel is very good at engineering. probably tied with or a bit better than rutgers. but im not an expert so dont trust me on that haha</p>
