I am from India and i have completed my 12th .I Need help in finding the best college for me.
I want to be a computer software developer/web developer. Can’t afford more than 20k US $ per annum.
Never gave SAT before but when i tried those online tests i got around 2100/2400.
I don’t know anything about financial aid , how can i get it … actually i dont know anything about getting admissions in college outside India.
can work part time too if it helps.
and yeah one more thing i can speak only hindi and english so don’t wanna go in countries like japan/china (i know that i can find english speakers over there but still won’t prefer there 
)
