First of all I'm sorry if this is in the wrong forum section.

Usually I use firefox for every web browsing task I do. But I'm worried that some college application forms on the college websites do not work with firefox, and I did experience a few of these instances already. The problem is, my IE is full of junk add-ons and it's hard to clear them all, and I'm worried again that these junk would mess up my application forms.

So does anyone have a list of college websites that works with only IE? So that I can use firefox most of the time and only use my IE when I have to.

Well, the layout part of the webpage is usually fine. It’s usually the javascript. Like when you select something in a drop-down menu and the form below it changes based on what you select. I know it’s the firefox/IE problem because all the problems are solved as soon I switch to IE. The problems are that I get pop-ups in IE and IE crashes a lot.

I’ve completed the entire Common Application in FireFox without issue. The Penn State application was acting a bit weird and I needed to use IE to finish it. Generally, if you are worried, just use IE to fill it out. Get rid of those toolbars and crap!
