Which College Would You Pick as a Future Computer Science Student?

Right now, I have been accepted as a Computer Science major in
UC Merced
UC Santa Cruz
Cal Poly Pomona

I have also been waitlisted in UC Riverside and accepted as an Undeclared in UC Irvine

Without considering finances, which college would be best for my intended major? If I were to be accepted in UC Riverside, would that change your decision?
