In writing my application, I'm unsure as to which college to chose. I know I want to be on the St George campus, but aside from that, I have no idea. My father was at University College, but he wanted to go into medicine, and I want to do Arts.

Victoria. I'm at Vic right now and it is by far the best college. Best social life and many artsy kids.

I have a daughter at Vic and she loves it. What you're studying does not in any way determine what college you're in. You can be in any U of T college and still take ANY U of T course. It's a personal choice, which may be dependent on residence, social activities, availability of scholarships, etc., as to which college you choose.

I think you'll be very happy at UC or Vic. I'm a St. Mike's student, mainly because of my faith (Catholic), but I spend A LOT of time around UC and Vic because they're really fun campuses and gorgeous to the eye.

For the heck of it, here is how I would rank U of T's seven undergraduate Arts & Science colleges, mostly based on location, resources, and social life:

University College

Victoria College

St. Michael's College

Trinity College

Woodsworth College

New College

Innis College
