Which college?

How hard is it to get into Mellon College of Science and CIT compared to the other 5 colleges in Carnegie Mellon.

There’s only six colleges undergrads can apply. It really does depend on your major and your ability (i.e. your portfolio).
However, maybe a ranking:

SCS
CIT ECE
TSB
CIT
MCS
H&SS

I would say TSB and CFA are on different leagues of their own and can’t really be compared to the others; one who has the test scores but not the technical drive could try Tepper.

[Admission > Admission Statistics](<a href=“Home - Computing Services - Office of the CIO - Carnegie Mellon University”>Home - Computing Services - Office of the CIO - Carnegie Mellon University)

I agree that while CFA stats are lower, the portfolio or audition are critical.

You should also remember that for things like computer science, engineering, and business, it’s a self-selecting crowd. The application pool may well be stronger than average.
