Which colleges and universities outside the UC system require a VPA or a "Fine Art"?

<p>Which colleges/universities or groups of colleges BESIDES the UC system require a Visual Performing Art or a "Fine Art"?</p>

<p>I currently don't have Fine Art Credits, and am planning to get mine at a local community college in January. The UC system accounts for this in a "courses you intend to take" section on the application, but I don't think the common app has this and am worried if any other colleges require a VPA I won't be able to submit these credits with my application and be denied. </p>

<p>The colleges I have checked are Stanford, Harvard, Yale, Carnegie, and MIT, and couldn't find anything.</p>

<p>The other four year California public university system, the California State University (CSU) system, also has a visual and performing art requirement for frosh applicants.</p>

<p>Do you know if that is all, or is that the only one that comes to mind?</p>

<p>Just check the website of each college you are interested in, they will lay out minimum requirements if any. But bear in mind that the minimum may not be sufficient.</p>
