<p>Seems like many colleges are saying they are NOT counting the writing section of the SAT this year when it comes to admissions. Well, which colleges ARE counting it? My daughter got an 800 on the writing section - far and away her best section of the SAT. Anyone know which colleges are looking at scores out of 2400 as opposed to 1600?</p>
<p>i might be wrong. But UCs count it, but a lot of the privates are not counting since we are the experimental year</p>
